Say hello

to OurPath

We all have habits. Things we do every day without really thinking about them.

Morning coffee. Lunchtime crisps. Evening drive. Night time drink. Sometimes we don't even notice we're doing them.

But we do notice their impacts. We notice when we're feeling a bit slower, or our jeans are a bit tight, or we find it harder to get up in the morning.

OurPath was built by Mike (bearded) and Chris (not so bearded). We've spent years studying habits. We know they're the things shaping your decisions, like what you reach for when you're hungry, how you get to work, even how you eat.

We know they're the driving force behind gaining weight - and losing it.

We've used our research and insights to create a programme to rewire your habits.

Using smart behavioural science, our programme makes it easy for you to form new habits, ones that help you sleep better, eat better, and feel better.

Habits that help you lose weight, and keep it off. As habit experts, we know the key to changing them successfully is keeping it up, long term. So, we stay with you, by your side, in your pocket, helping you keep up these positive changes for good.

In the end, you'll find you're not trying to lose weight, you're not depriving yourself or counting calories, you're just living better, every day.

Experience the new way to lose weight.

Proud to be a UK startup

As part of the 12-week online programme, you'll be paired up with a small group of others who are also embarking on the same habit-change journey as you. You'll also be supported along the way by an experienced nutritionist, helping to provide you with personalised advice, and also keeping you accountable to making the changes you want to.

The 12-week OurPath programme costs £7.50 per week, but it can often be helpful to think about your health as an investment, not a cost.

Ultimately, if we didn't believe in OurPath 100%, then we wouldn't put our names to it (Chris & Mike - founders).
